This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If you request a demo, your name, email, sector, needs, hosting preference, language and follow-up consent are sent to TheCGP. The preview stays in your browser until you submit. Your request is saved on the server before receipt is acknowledged; transfer to the CRM may be delayed. The transmission copy is erased no later than seven days after integration, or after thirty days if still pending. Technical receipt references are kept for no more than ninety days to prevent duplicates.

The CRM record remains available for follow-up, with no automatic deletion configured. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact form and specify “Personal information”.

Rate limiting uses a technical fingerprint of the connection address, without storing the raw address in the queue; this fingerprint expires within twenty-four hours. Technical proxy logs are part of infrastructure operations.

AI adviser

Optional AI adviser: opening it sets a secure technical cookie with a random session identifier for 30 minutes. TheCGP processes your messages and limited conversation context and sends them to the OpenAI API, together with public website excerpts. The adviser cannot access internal documents or CRM records. Conversations stay only in server memory for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; starting a new conversation clears this context. We do not retain message text in application logs. Connection fingerprints used for limits expire within 24 hours; technical usage receipts without message text or addresses are kept for up to 90 days, while anonymous budget totals are retained. OpenAI does not train its models on API data by default; abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days under its policies. Responses are not stored for later API retrieval (store:false), which does not eliminate those other processing activities. If you choose to prepare a request, only the summary you confirm is stored temporarily in this tab to prefill the contact form. It is valid for 10 minutes and removed when the form opens or the tab closes. Review your details and summary before confirming submission. A conversation alone does not create a prospect.
