Search results, excerpts, summaries, attachments and links must respect restrictions. Changing models or requesting deeper analysis must not expand access.
Reading and acting require separate permissions
Permission to read an email does not authorize sending or deleting it. Actions require their own authorization.
Reviewed scope
Design objective for business sources: server-side checks, permission revalidation and filtered results. An instruction to the model is insufficient. Complete acceptance of these controls for multi-source search, changed permissions and AI results has yet to be established.
